Static website development
Built with Eleventy, which produces ready-to-serve website pages. There is no WordPress installation or plugin system to maintain. Changes to the site require editing and rebuilding its files.
SEO fundamentals
Descriptive page titles and summaries, clear headings and useful page structure help people and search engines understand your business. These fundamentals do not guarantee rankings or traffic.
Functional inquiry forms
A contact path with the agreed fields and delivery destination, tested before handoff. Smart Website Workers, CRM automation and ongoing inquiry management are not included.

Define the project
Confirm the pages, content and files you will supply, design direction, revision process and hosting arrangements. The proposal sets the boundaries before work starts.
Review together
Provide consolidated feedback through the agreed revisions. If the direction changes substantially after approval, we discuss a separate quote before doing additional work.
Launch and hand over
Review the finished pages and inquiry form, then complete the agreed launch and handoff. You own the website and domain, with no required monthly WCA management.
After the project

Hosting and domain arrangements are separate from the project price, whether you arrange them yourself or choose optional annual services. We confirm the arrangements and any costs in the proposal.
Later modifications are independently quoted. If you expect regular content changes and would rather have the website handled, consider Smart Website from the start.
You can also add Smart Website management to your paid-for Website Only site later for $299/month, with no second setup fee. That arrangement is month-to-month with 30 days' cancellation notice and no website-release amount. A substantial rebuild needs a separate proposal.

Can I split the payment?
Yes. The $1,935 project can be paid in two payments of $967.50. The proposal confirms payment timing before work begins.
Is this a template website?
The design is custom to your business within a standardized scope and development process. We agree on the page structure and design direction rather than treating every project as an open-ended build.
How do revisions work?
Your proposal defines the review stages and included revisions. Gather feedback into a clear set of changes. Additional pages, substantial changes to an approved direction or work beyond the agreed scope require a separate quote.
Can I edit it like WordPress?
No. Website Only is an Eleventy/static website, not a WordPress site or a page-builder subscription. Later modifications are separately quoted. If you explicitly want WordPress, Custom Website is the appropriate starting point.
What about words, photos and hosting?
We identify the words and files you supply, any writing or image work WCA will do, and separately scoped costs in the proposal. Hosting and domain arrangements are separate; they do not create a required monthly management plan.
Does the form include automated follow-up?
The project includes a functional inquiry form with agreed delivery. Your business handles responding to inquiries. Smart Website Workers and automated follow-up are not part of Website Only; the planned Workers remain in development.
What if I choose a different service before launch?
Payments already made apply toward the selected product, and we issue a revised scope and payment schedule. Changing your preference alone does not create a fee; additional work you approve is separately quoted.
