Smart Website / One standard managed plan

Your website.
Taken care of.

A custom static website, managed hosting and ongoing website-related support from Wayne Creative Agency. For owners who want a website partner after launch, with requests handled directly by Tyler.

Talk with Tyler $995 one-time setup + $299/month
New website: 12-month initial agreement with an early-exit option. $4,583 for the first 12 billed months.

Who this is for

For owners who
want ongoing help.

Your website needs attention when your business changes. That work does not have to become another job for you.

A plumber may need updated service information. An HVAC business may need seasonal content. An insurance agency may need revised team details or a simpler inquiry path. Smart Website is for these ongoing website needs, as well as new sites and redesigns.

If you only want a finished website, Website Only offers a fixed-scope project with a handoff and no required monthly WCA management. Compare the services

What WCA handles

Build the website.
Keep it useful.

Smart Website is an ongoing managed service, not just a way to spread the cost of a website purchase. We agree on the initial website and how support will work before starting.

Custom design and build

A responsive static website built around your services, customers and contact paths, with search fundamentals and a design that suits your business.

Managed hosting

WCA handles hosting, website management and checking changes before publishing. You do not need to maintain WordPress plugins or learn a page builder.

Website improvements

Content updates, new or revised pages, galleries, forms and improvements to how visitors understand your services and contact you.

A person to ask

Send website requests to Tyler in plain English. I review the work, schedule it and discuss anything that requires a separate scope before proceeding.

Content changes and files

Tell me what
needs updating.

Identify the page, explain what should change and provide the replacement words, photos or files. A link to the page and a short description are usually enough to start the conversation.

We agree on the request channel and file-sharing method during setup. If something is missing, I will ask for it. Your proposal identifies what you supply and any writing, editing or image production WCA will do.

There is no arbitrary quota of small text edits. Work is scheduled according to complexity and production capacity. Larger website improvements need planning; the monthly service does not promise unlimited development or immediate turnaround.

Website inquiries

Plan where
each request goes.

A useful contact form needs more than a send button.

We identify what a customer needs to provide, who receives the inquiry and who responds. Depending on the agreed setup, a website inquiry can be delivered to a designated inbox, retained as a record and routed to a supported customer-management system.

The actual delivery, storage and integration arrangements must be confirmed for your website. An email notification alone does not establish a searchable customer record or a complete follow-up system. Your team remains responsible for the customer conversation.

The planned services below are intended to make that process more consistent. They are in development and are not a promise of functionality available today.

In development

Planned website
services.

These capabilities are not yet offered as operational features. Eligible Smart Website subscribers receive supported reusable website services as they are released; your proposal identifies what is currently available.

Lead Capture Worker

Planned to capture inquiries securely, keep an auditable delivery record, notify your team and route information through supported connections. Compatibility and provider costs must be checked for each setup.

A fallback CRM

A planned lightweight customer record in WCA OS for retaining inquiries and checking delivery. If you already use a CRM, that system remains your operational record; the fallback supports it rather than replacing it.

Visibility Worker

Planned to bring together Google Analytics, Search Console and Clarity data, compare trends and offer opt-in plain-English reports. It is intended to inform website improvements, with recommendations reviewed before release or action. It cannot guarantee rankings or sales.

Wynona

A planned AI-assisted project coordinator working principally by email. Wynona would collect words and media, track missing items, draft replies and route decisions to Tyler. The initial release is intended to require Tyler's approval for outbound replies and material website changes.

Retention, access and data-handling arrangements must be defined before these services are enabled. No automatic site changes or compatibility with every CRM are promised.

Service boundaries

Website support
and separate projects.

A reusable website service is designed to support a recurring website need across eligible clients. A bespoke application or major system integration has its own requirements, development work and ongoing costs.

Website-related changes and improvements belong in Smart Website. Truly bespoke development, major third-party systems, licensing fees and unusually high usage are separately scoped. WordPress requests and unusually complex website builds start with Custom Website, starting at $4,500.

Separate branding projects, logos, standalone graphic or print design, social media management, advertising management, video production and applications unrelated to the website are not automatically included. Fractional Marketing is a custom monthly retainer, separate unless specifically included by contract.

Price and agreement

Know the cost.
Review the terms.

$995 one-time setup + $299/month. New website: 12-month initial agreement with an early-exit option. $4,583 for the first 12 billed months.

For a new Smart Website, the setup fee is a one-time payment of $995, followed by $299 per month. The initial agreement runs for 12 months from the plan start, with the early-exit option below. The first 12 billed months total $4,583; separately scoped work and third-party costs are additional.

You own your website and domain. For a new Smart Website, early cancellation or transfer requires only the outstanding website investment before release, rather than every remaining monthly subscription payment. The early-release amount is $940 × the number of months remaining in the initial term ÷ 12. After three paid months, nine remain, so the release amount is $705. After 12 paid months, that amount is zero.

Before signing, confirm billing dates, renewal and cancellation notice, export and migration arrangements, any transfer costs, and what happens to hosting and connected services when management ends.

A website transfer and continued access to a managed service are different arrangements. Do not assume that exporting website files also transfers WCA's hosting, support or connected services.

Questions from business owners

Before you
get started.

Can I just buy a website?

Yes. Website Only costs $1,935 one time for up to five static pages with fixed scope and defined revisions. Two payments of $967.50 are available. Hosting and domain are arranged separately or through optional annual services. There is no required monthly WCA management, and Smart Website Workers are not included.

What does the monthly fee cover?

A managed static website, hosting and ongoing website-related changes and improvements. You pay a one-time setup fee of $995, then $299 per month. A new website has a 12-month initial agreement with the early-exit option described below.

Can I start with Website Only and switch later?

Yes. If you have already purchased a Website Only site, you can add Smart Website management for $299 per month with no second setup fee. It is month-to-month with 30 days' notice to cancel. Your existing website is already paid for, so there is no new annual commitment or website-release amount. A substantial rebuild needs a separate proposal.

What if I change my mind before launch?

We apply payments already made toward the selected product and issue a revised scope and payment schedule. Changing your preference does not itself create a fee. Additional work you approve is quoted separately.

What if I want a different design after approval?

We agree on the initial design direction and revision process. Substantial changes to an approved direction, a complete redesign or a rebrand need a separate quote before work proceeds. Ordinary website improvements remain part of Smart Website and are scheduled by complexity and capacity.

Can you replace my existing website?

We can discuss a redesign and what needs to be retained or changed. The proposal should identify the content, domain access and other information needed for the move. If the new site must use WordPress or unusually complex functionality, it belongs in Custom Website.

Can I ask for another page or a new gallery?

New or revised pages, galleries and website improvements are within the intended service scope. Send the request to Tyler so we can review its complexity, needed content and scheduling. Bespoke development and work outside the website service need a separate scope.

How quickly will changes be made?

Requests are scheduled by complexity and production capacity. We agree on how you submit requests and discuss timing before starting; no fixed turnaround or unlimited development is promised here.

Do you write the content and supply photos?

Your proposal identifies the content you provide, any writing or editing WCA will do, and separately scoped photography or image costs. Send replacement words and files with update requests using the agreed sharing method.

Will inquiries go into my CRM?

That depends on the released services and your system's supported integration options. The Lead Capture Worker and fallback CRM are in development. We must confirm delivery, retention, compatibility and provider costs before promising a connection.

Will Wynona reply to customers for me?

Wynona is intended as an AI-assisted email coordinator for website project content and requests. It is in development, with Tyler approval intended for initial outbound replies and material changes. Your team remains responsible for responding to prospective customers.

Do reports mean you guarantee more leads?

No. The planned Visibility Worker is intended to explain website data and support decisions about improvements. Reports and recommendations cannot guarantee leads, sales, Google rankings or AI-search placement.

Do I own the website and domain?

Yes. You own your website and domain. A new Smart Website has a prorated early-release amount during its initial 12-month agreement. An existing, paid-for Website Only site has no website-release amount when you add Smart Website management. Hosting, ongoing support and connected services do not transfer automatically with the site.

What if I cancel or move to another provider?

For a new Smart Website, the early-release amount is $940 multiplied by the months remaining in the initial 12-month agreement, divided by 12. For example, after three paid months the amount is $705. You do not owe all remaining subscription payments. For a paid-for Website Only site upgraded to management, cancel with 30 days' notice; no website-release amount applies. Your agreement also specifies billing cutoffs, export arrangements, separately agreed migration work and when hosting or connected services end.

Are branding, social media and advertising included?

Separate branding, graphic design, social media management, advertising, video production and unrelated custom applications are not automatically included. We can scope a separate project or a Fractional Marketing retainer; any combined engagement must be explicit in the contract.
